Dr. Lindsay Tilger is proud to serve the Webster and greater Houston community as a compassionate, highly trained general dentist. Known for her warm demeanor, clinical precision, and thoughtful communication, Dr. Tilger takes a whole-health approach to dentistry — helping patients of all ages feel safe, informed, and truly cared for.
As part of a multigenerational practice, she’s honored to work alongside her father, Dr. Larry Tilger, and continue a legacy of integrity, education, and advanced care for every patient who walks through the door.
Education & Clinical Background
Dr. Tilger grew up in the Clear Lake area and graduated from Friendswood High School. She attended Baylor University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and The Mortar Board Society and received the Outstanding Senior Biology Award.
She then earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Baylor College of Dentistry, where her passion for surgical and restorative care began to take shape.
To expand her skill set, Dr. Tilger completed an advanced General Practice Residency at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, where she worked closely with medically complex patients — including those undergoing cancer treatment or managing cardiac conditions. During this residency, she received IV sedation training and advanced surgical experience, providing comprehensive care in collaboration with other medical specialists.

Dr. Tilger is committed to lifelong learning and completes hundreds of hours of continuing education annually. She has trained at the prestigious Advanced Dental Implant Institute, where she was mentored by Dr. Hilt Tatum — a pioneer in dental implantology and surgical techniques.

She’s especially passionate about helping patients feel informed and empowered, taking the time to explain procedures and tailor treatment plans that align with each person’s goals and comfort level.

Outside the Office
When she’s not in the practice, Dr. Lindsay enjoys watercolor painting, salsa dancing, and cheering on her Baylor Bears and Ohio State Buckeyes. She also loves working with children and volunteers her time providing dental education to local families.
